Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your hiring/booking, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund.
Certain services are non-refundable once provided. Temporary staffing services are non-returnable as they involve real-time human engagement and customized assignments. Refunds are not applicable for cases where the service has been utilized, or the staff has commenced work as per agreed terms.

Do not attempt to return or redirect assigned staff directly to their source agency or home address. All communications regarding returns or replacements must be routed through our official support channels.

Time Limit for Refunds
Any refund or replacement requests must be initiated within 30 days of the service booking date. Requests submitted beyond this period will not be entertained.
Once your refund request is reviewed and the associated service records are inspected, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund.
Approval or Rejection: You will receive an update regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request based on the service terms and conditions.
Processing Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited to your original method of payment (e.g., UPI, bank transfer) within a specified number of business days.

Any costs associated with submitting additional documents or requests (e.g., courier charges) will be borne by the client. These costs are non-refundable.
The time required to process refund-related documentation may vary depending on your location and the complexity of the request.
If you are sending documents or correspondence valued at over ₹5,000, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing courier insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your documents without a trackable shipping method.
